We are Moose Allain and Karen Allain trading as World of Moose. We collect personal information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products and we have never and will never sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies for marketing purposes.

We respect your privacy and take this issue seriously. We are grateful for the information you provide to us and it is treated as confidential. We do not make the names and addresses of our contacts, clients or suppliers available to other organisations.
We may track where you go on our website so we can continue to improve the site. When we do this, information is compiled as group data so no personal information is gained about an individual user.
Ordering
When you place an order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details. We keep a record of this information at Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Paying
We use Shopify Payments to process your payments. We do not collect or store any financial information entered into our website. All credit card information is solely used by our merchant partner to process the transaction. Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Mailing List
We give you opportunity to join our mailing list when you place an order, this is not automatic, you have to expressly consent to join it by ticking the “Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers” as you checkout. You can also join our mailing list by filling in the page on our website. You can unsubscribe at any time. Just email us (Link) or click the link at the bottom of our emails.
We use a third-party provider, YMLP, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
Third Parties
We'll only share your data with trusted third parties to help us provide a better service for you. For example, giving your address to a courier so they can deliver your order
Order and Enquiry History
We also keep a record of your purchases with us; this means we can deal a lot quicker with any problems you may experience with your order, but we never store your card number. Our order information is stored in Shopify and in our accounts package Xero
We keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us. This helps us keep track of any problems or concerns you've had with our products or services.
